I know a lot of bloggers venture into VLOGGING but I vowed that would not be my ministry.

But when you have a pushy friend who forces you to talk...well... never say never. I also have the distinct honor of introducing her daughter to her first Oreo cookie when she was one year old...so I suppose I felt obligated! LOL

Here is probably the first and last video I will ever do!

Quick notes:

1. I did NOT want to do a video...ever!

2. I'm not wearing any make up...(nor do I wear any but still)

3. I have no idea why I was flipping my head like I have cascading locks down my back!

4. I had zero time to prepare!

5. My outfit  pics were taken this morning and this video was done at 7pm...as the day goes on...my hair gets bigger:)

6. I have "bed head" hair in the video because I drive with my head leaned back against the headrest after work. Thanks Kenge for allowing me NO time to fix that! GRRRR!

Enough stalling I suppose...here goes!

No dramatic story about my outift today.

I made some whipped red potatoes.

I put too much salt.

Massive headache.

Now, I've gotta go lay down.

Trench Coat stolen borrowed from a ten year old who doesn't appreciate that I'm a stylist and picked out cute "back to school" clothes for her. So, now I wear the trench. No plans to return it either.

Oscar Party!

The girls and I decided to blow off the Oscars this year to just stay home and have our own Oscar party. You know, to be low key ;)

Bella (8) swept the Oscars with Best Actress, Best Director, Best Song, Best Cinematography, and Cutiest Cutie Pie. Congrats!

 We were all so honored!

And I'm a total ham.

Damien, Leah's very talented son, made our awesome Oscar statue but wanted nothing to do with our silly girly photo sesh.

Today it's my birthday and although I become one year older (it's funny we celebrate that) I'm in the best mood. 

Thanks to my boyfriend and the beautiful evening we spent together.

My Whooga boots have just arrived and now I know how I'm going to keep my toes warm and comfortable this coming winter.

They come in a great variety of colors and designs and they look like UGG boots but in a way better quality and price. 

I already think about my next purchase and the fabulous Weave Boots.

Flash Experiment

  

We shot these pictures yesterday just before dark thus the use of flash light was necessary. I usually avoid it because flash photography is not very flattering but after that I think it could have some  interesting results, don't you think? 

As far as my outfit, I rediscovered my favorite boots from last year that match perfectly with the Diego Bucket Bag. Adding my leather shorts I realized I needed something to soften the outcome and that was this pretty knitwear. 

Oh and the fabulous vintage watch belongs to my boyfriend, I was flirting with it behind his back for so long.

Those who know me or read my blog must have noticed that Alexander Wang is one of my favorite designers. This season I was dreaming of his constance platform booties until I stepped in Zara and I saw these in almost one fifth of the price of the Wang's. 

So I won't say more, just hurry up guys, they are still on shelves.
