Got A Case of the Mondays?

Kameryn - Harajuku Lovers

Then let this hot sandal by Harajuku Lovers perk you up. I gotta tell you, I spent almost the entire day reorganizing my closet and I'm pretty exhausted so I think I'm just gonna let these speak for themselves. Here is a little video too.

More Bows?

Surely you aren't tired of them by now. I mean, how could you be? And damn it I can't help it! I heart bows! I'm going to need to take inventory of my spring/summer shoes soon and decide what I need to stock up on. I think a new white sandal may be on that list and this just might be the one. Now what could be cuter than a bow bedecked ankle? This sweet little beauty has a simple style aesthetic that allows the bows to be the star. Plus the contrasting trim adds nice visual interest as well. The five inch heel will give you an instant boost of sex appeal too. Just check out the video below.

Mr. Bow - Jangles

Harajuku Lovers - Dalle

Weeee! Bows! Um. Yeah. So... I love these. I know. Shocker right? The shape is reminiscent of a bootie (which you all know I heart) and I, of course, simply adore the bow bedecked straps starting from the ankle and ending at the toes. The little studs at the center really make the bows stand out and the look is utterly delicious. Flirty yet funky the Dalle will liven up that spring shoe wardrobe in a flash.

A Tuxedo For Your Feet

Dobson - Harajuku Lovers

Bring out your playful side with the Dobson heel from Harajuku Lovers. Tuxedo detailing and a funky black & white striped bow tie top off this fun and flirty peep toe. The side zipper will make slipping these on and off a breeze plus you've got a 1/2 inch mostly hidden platform to help ease the brunt of that 4 inch heel.

The Proof Is In The Details

I had to show this shoe in both colors. I couldn't decide which I liked best. This post is aptly titled because I truly believe it is all about the details is this flirty pump. Before I talk about all of the delicious details in these shoes I just have to give a shout out to Celine - the designer of this little beauty. If you haven't yet checked out her blog - click here. You will love it and her. She's so full of joie de vivre you can't help but want to see her succeed. Now. Moving on. Everything is right here. From the exposed stitch detail to the perfectly place, perfectly shaped bow, to (I don't know if you can tell from the picture) the delicate heart shaped buckle. It's details like these that make this pretty platform look infinitely more expensive than it is.

Oh, and they are so sexy on.

Gray Area

Arlanda - Harajuku Lovers

Harajuku Lovers brings it once again. A classic mary jane gets an update with a mix of canvas and "leather" in the prettiest soft gray hue. I love the contrasting beige strap and tan piping. These are utterly delightful and I can already imagine them paired with just about everything in my wardrobe. The 1 inch covered platform should make walking in this 4.5 inch heel a breeze.

I hope you enjoyed my first edition of "Lines I'm Loving" featuring the fab designs of Celine. Make sure you visit her blog for all the latest shoe updates for the Harajuku Lovers Brand and Betsey Johnson too.

I Heart You, Harajuku

Avallon - Harajuku Lovers

A beautiful platform pump with a sweet little twist. Styled to be an instant classic, this delightful heel will integrate itself seamlessly into any girl's wardrobe. A sumptuous suede upper meets a 3/4 inch platform and a 4 and 3/4 inch heel. But the best part is the heart cut out detail at the ankle. So now you get be a classic and a standout. Love.

Gotta give a quick birthday shout out to my husband. I love you baby.

Lines I'm Loving - Day Two

Day two of the "Lines I'm Loving" posts continues with...

Alleria Heel - Harajuku Lovers

Love, love, love, love, love these. Seriously I am digging them even more today then when I originally saw them on Sunday. The color combo is spot on. A gorgeous mix of beige, gray, and black, a vamp featuring subtle cut outs, those double ankle straps, plus that 4.5 inch heel. Damn girl! These are ridiculously adorable. And I mean that in the nicest way possible.

Lines I'm Loving

I thought I'd post a new feature, entitled "Lines I'm Loving". First up is Harajuku Lovers. I was just browsing around on heels.com as I'm apt to do on any given Sunday and happened to notice some fab new heels have been added to site. Celine has got it going on for Fall 09 and there are at least 3 pair being added to my "must have" list as we speak. I'm going to feature my top picks throughout the week and first up is....

Airlie - Harajuku Lovers

Classic plaid in a hip modern shape. The Airlie features a fab plaid upper reminiscent of my catholic school uniform. I love the triple strap twist on this delightful mary jane. This sassy pump is completed with a covered 1 inch platform, almond shaped toe, and 4.5 inch heel. But hey if plaid ain't yo' thang, they also come in black. Gotta love that.

Boo Hoo : (

I received my new shoes today. Unfortunately they are too small. I was afraid that was going to happen. I tried on a shoe by Pour La Victoire a month or so ago and I had to go up 1/2 size. I was hoping beyond hope that maybe that was just that particular shoe and not the brand but it seems the brand runs small. Unfortunately they don't have them in a 1/2 size bigger so I can't even make an even exchange. The hubs is taking them to the UPS store tomorrow so they can be sent back. There is light at the end of the tunnel however. Now this means I can start looking for a new pair (or two) to replace them : P. The search starts....... NOW.

You can help me. I'm trying to decide between these two wedges. Although I'm having a really tough time finding the Sam Edelman pair in my size. Anyone know where I might be able to find the Tate wedge in yellow in a 6.5?

Sam Edelman - Tate Wedge

Ugh. I've been eyeballing this little wedge for a long time now. But the yellow. It's haunting me. I can't find it in my size. HALP!! I love everything about this shoe. The jewels, the truncated wedge. The cheery, floral fabric edged insole. Argh! And I haven't even mentioned the woven wedge...

Now the Lyra wedge is edgier to be sure. It's sky high and I absolutely adore the oh so unique detailing at the base of the heel. The suede pom poms dotting the vamp are a fun and girlie addition to a seriously sassy shoe.

Leave a comment with your vote. Please. I need help deciding. Don't leave me hanging, people.

Harajuku Lovers

They're here! They're here! OMG Celine has been talking about the arrival of Harajuku Lovers at Macys but, of course, I haven't seen them here yet. Anyhoo, I was trolling around heels.com and there is a big feature on their home page. Check out these ultra fab-u-lous designs courtesy of Celine (aka The Shoe Girl) and Gwen Stefani. I am certainly going to pick myself up a pair and you should too. Be the first to sport these bad boys around town and all of your friends will turn green with envy. Now which pair to buy, hmmm... Oh well, I'll let you help me decide. Which is your fave?

More coral hued shoes to haunt my dreams but this one may just make its way into my closet. Delightfully feminine with that cream ribbon woven throughout culminating in a pretty bow tied at the ankle. Yet decidedly chic with a 2 inch platform and a 5 inch wedge heel.

Harajuku Lovers - Leah

I love all of the playful details in this sandal. From the navy patent leather, to the delicate ankle and t-strap, to the freshly decorated vamp. I heart Harajuku Lovers. Why keep it a secret when you can wear it on your toes?

Harjuku Lovers - Layland

A fab little flat sandal in a refreshing shade of sea foam green. It's the color that really gets me here... and the suede pom pom adornments. I love those too! Pair these with a simple knit dress and let the shoe be the center of attention. Add a couple more key accessories and voila you'll be ready for a night out on the town.
