Flowers and Bunnies and Wedges, Oh My!

You guys know I love Spring. It's so full of pretty girly things like Spring flowers and baby bunnies popping out of mommy bunnies everywhere! Lots of pink and fluff and sunshine and new life... are you sick to your stomach yet?

So it's not surprising that I put two of my favorite Spring things together- flowers and bunnies, adding my other obvious favorite... NEW SHOES!!

Yay! I got them and I love them. They're super high yet mostly comfortable. The rubber bottom and cushy insole are so great. To go with my over-priced shoes I'm wearing all Forever21. I love my Fifi Lapin sweater so I was excited to see that she did more shirts for the brand for Spring.
I'm excited for warmer weather and cute girly clothes!

I wanna be like the Hang In There kitty...

Back to Reality...

It's back to work today. Booooo. :(

I suppose if I were really back to reality I wouldn't be ignoring my toes that are like "WTF bitch? These are total Spring shoes and were cold down here!"
Shut up toes! Don't make me paint your nails green so people think you've developed a fungus.

Anyway- Yes, I'm wearing seasonally inappropriate shoes- so what. I blame California. We don't really have seasons.

On a side note, I am really over this taking pics with my MacBook thing. The picture quality is never very good. :( I think I'll invest in a tripod.

Stop and Smell the Floral!

Funky? Yes.
Sweet? Yes.
Hard to wear? Maybe.
A must have shoe for Spring? Totally!

I am loving this floral shoe by Dries Van Noten. I love these kind of statement shoes. Worn with a simple outfit, these shoes would make any spring day brighter. I've always been a fan of Dries Van Noten. Their shoes as of late have been right on target! This shoe is no different. With all the florals I've seen from all the designers from Prada to Gucci, I think it's safe to say that this is a big trend for Spring. I think going with a cute floral print shoe is an easy way to do it without over doing it.
It's hard to find though. I've seen it in just about every March fashion magazine, but only one place to buy it online. Browns of London has them for 300 pounds, which is what? Like $600 US?
Well, hopefully you are all on the same page as me when it comes to this shoe. I think some people might think it borders tacky, what with the mixing of prints... but I think they got it just right. :)
